Getting to Zagreb

If travelling by air you will need to fly into Zagreb, which is only 20km from Samobor. Samobar is located about 25 minutes from the centre of Zagreb, and about the same to the airport. Click here to see the location of each.
Book your flights to arrive Friday and leave Sunday afternoon (later for AFL/ARE Conference delegates who will be meeting on Sunday and Monday).
Low cost carriers flying into Zagreb Pleso airport include: Germanwings, Wizz Air, Baboo, BelleAir. Otherwise try the major carriers: Lufthansa, Air France, Croatian Airlines, CSA.
Getting to Samobor from Zagreb
It's easy to get to Samobor. Zagreb local buses leave from the Zagreb bus station every half hour or so.
