All team leaders are required to attend a compulsory Team Leaders meeting at 8am on Saturday morning at the ground where final paperwork, entry fees and handicap calculations will be settled.
The first matches will commence at 9am. All teams playing the 9am match are advised to arrive at the field at approximately 8am to ensure the tournament commences on time.
A BBQ, manned by the Zagreb Hawks, will be selling both food and drinks on the day.
The last game of the tournament, the EU Cup Final, and the trophy presentation afterwards will finish no later than 7pm.
